Plum galette
70g rice flour*
35g buckwheat flour*
35g corn or chickpea flour*
2 tbsp coconut sugar
50g apple sauce
60g coconut oil
pinch of salt
1/4 baking powder

6 big plums or 12-15 small ones
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp tapioca starch

1. Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees
2. Mix dry dough ingredients
3. Mix cold apple sauce and melted coconut oil
4. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well with the spatula.Let the dough stand in the fridge fit 10-20 minutes
5. Cut the plums, add sugar and starch
6. Roll the dough, place filling in the middle, wrap the edges around the filling
7. Brush edges with milk and sprinkle some sugar
8. Bake until golden
9. Let cool down a bit and enjoy
