Almonds
Ingredients
Base: ⠀
250ml almonds, soaked overnight, and rinsed ⠀
50 ml maple syrup ⠀
50 ml powdered coconut sugar ⠀
Pinch of salt

Flavoring: ⠀
1 tsp cinnamon (or any other spice of choice) ⠀
50 ml freeze-dried bananas (or any other free dried fruit or berry of choice)
Preparation
1. Pulse almonds in a food processor for a few seconds to get extra surface for the sweetener to stick on. ⠀
2. Add sweeteners and flavoring and mix with a spoon or with your hands. ⠀
3. Spread the almond mixture onto a dehydrator sheet and leave on 40 degrees overnight or until nuts are dry. If using the oven – go for the lowest temperature, keep the fan on and the oven door slightly ajar for 6-8 hours or until nuts are dry.
