These are the terms on which we sell all goods and services to you. By ordering any of the goods and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

BASIS OF SALE

A contract will be formed for the sale of Goods and Services ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the online course (Online Course Confirmation). You must ensure that the registration information does not contain any errors. We urge you to inform us immediately of any errors that you may have noticed after registration. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies that may be entered during your registration. By registering to our online course you agree to us giving you confirmation of the contract by means of an email with all information in it (ie the Online Course Confirmation). You will receive the confirmation within the reasonable time after making the contract, but in any event not later than the delivery of any goods supplied under the contract.

No variation of the contract, whether about the description of the goods, services, fees or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed by the customer and the supplier in writing. S-Foodies Desserts Lab may make changes to the course materials, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice.

USE LICENCE

During our online course S-Foodies will be providing various materials such as information, check-lists, tasks, news and other information and related sites as well as our distinctive online courses content offered through this site (the course content). S-Foodies authorize each customer to view and download one copy of the online course. Course materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the materials may be printed provided that customer makes no modifications to the course content and S-Foodies retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original course content on any copies of the course. Customers may not modify the materials on this site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. The customer will keep all course content confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the site.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by S-Foodies at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Full copyright of course content developed by S-Foodies is retained by S-Foodies. Course notes and reference materials are provided to support attendees in their studies and ongoing development and is issued for personal use only. A lot of work has gone into the development of our course content and it has commercial value. The sharing of course materials by print, press, photocopy, email, blogs, internet or any digital transfer medium is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of S-Foodies. If in doubt, please ask about what is and isn't acceptable usage.

TERMS OF CERTIFICATION

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to withhold certification/fail students if they do not meet course requirements or it is apparent that they have not completed/ participated in all aspects of the enrolled program.

Refund

If a refund needs to be issued, S-Foodies is not responsible for all and total processing fees and will be paid by consumer.
