Cashew Yogurt
Ingredients
300 cashew
Around 300 ml water for soaking
150 ml water for fermentation
2 probiotic capsules (preferably plant based)
A pinch of salt



















Preparation
1. Soak cashews in 300 ml water for 4-6 hours
2. Rinse, put them in a sieve and let the water run off for a few minutes
3. Mix soaked cashews, 150 ml water, salt and probiotics in a blender until you get silky smooth cream
4. Move the cream in a bowl, cover and let stand in warm place for around 12 hours

Ready cashews yogurt will smell sour and have bubbles you may want to leave for a bit longer, depending on how sour you like it
