Avocado Lime Pie
Ingredients
Crust
300 ml almonds
100 ml raw buckwheat or oats
8 fresh dates, pitted
Zest of 1 lime
Pinch of salt

Filling
1 avocado
Juice of 1 lime
Mint leaves to taste
Maple syrup to taste
2 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Mint, whipped coconut cream and lime
to decorate




















Preparation
1. Mix all the crust ingredients in a food processor until they form a sticky ball. Press in the form, mine is 16 cm
2. Mix all the filling ingredients in a blender until smooth and spread only crust
3. Let pie set in the freezer for about an hour. Decorate and voila!
