The course totally exceeded my expectations. I had no idea about raw desserts (just that I loved raw cakes) and they seem like a big hassle to make - until I joined the course and started learning a lot of new stuff from the beginning. I still have a lot of room for improvement, but now can make my own (delicious) raw cakes and the course has provided a lot of knowledge about ingredients and techniques to even start creating my own recipes. I joined the business course despite working in a totally different field because I wanted to have a better understanding about the whole process and the industry, and in that sense I am also really happy with what I have learned. Viktoria is a great teacher and she loves sharing her knowledge and really helping her students. She makes sure we understand everything, she explains why things are like this or like that and gives a lot of options. We learn through recipes, but those recipes are used to teach us the techniques and flavour combinations and are only a base to evolve and develop our own skills according to our style and preferences. I really like the closeness and approachability of Viktoria, always ready to give us advice and try to find the reason - and the solution! - when we mess up. Victoria! I don't have enough words to describe how your workshop impressed me! The same day I bought all the ingredients and cooked it, all explanations were so clear and it didn't take much time... Sorry I couldn't make a single photo as my family ate it!🤣 they didn't believe it is raw and sugar free. We decided to cook the second one together with my husband and kids on 14th 🥰 I love your spirit and emotions, you made my laugh like 100 times!

What a great course, Viktoriia! Thank you! Your video instructions are priceless, first of all because they are easy to understand and second of all because I loved your dancing, it made the cooking much more fun. I experienced some unwillingness to share my creations with others but my husband since they were too yummy to give away. To be honest we ate the desserts for breakfast as well, they are really very similar to granola but I am sure even healthier. I will totally recommend the course to my curious friends who are probably yet sceptical to the concept of raw food but are eager to give it a try In my perspective the course is worth its price because we are not only getting access to the recipes but we are also being introduced to the healthier way of enjoying sweets

Vika this is incredible 🤯 This was my first experience making a raw dessert and it was such a success that I am now a convert. My taste buds just exploded with pleasure from the pear caramel chocolate cake. My husband and daughter were also over the moon with delight from this cake, to the point that my daughter keeps following me around, asking for a second helping 😊 I always thought raw desserts were difficult and long to make, but it turned out that they are anything but that. I managed to find all the needed ingredients without any problems in my local supermarket. The cooking process took less than an hour, which is amazing because it was my first time making a raw dessert! The filing, cream and base are also so delicious on their own that there is a high risk of them never making it to the cake assembly part 🤣 and all together they taste heavenly. An enormous thank you for this fantastic experience.

The course is not just great in terms of content (recipes and resources), your energy (Viktoria), etc. It is being a great source of inspiration too! Lots of ideas of things to try have been popping up in my mind; I can't experiment much at the moment because of life/time (and freezer space; can't eat so much on my own), but I've started keeping notes on all the things I would like to try out and figure out on my own after I complete the course! Maybe it's the early spring energy that's fuelling my imagination too, who knows; I'm having a lot of fun anyway. Additionally, trying the first recipe gave me the well-needed feedback that I could trust my own judgement more and adjust a recipe on the fly if I think it makes sense to me (eg: with the date caramel). Normally I would do that in cooking, but I probably needed that simple peanut-chocolate bar as an icebreaker for the rest of the course.

Vika! Thank you! You are divine. I did this cake just for fun. I was a little bit nervous because I usually don't cook sweets. I don't know how. I can cook only tiramisu and strudel. This time I said to myself:"Ok, let's try". I was nervous when buying products, when buying forms, but when I started cooking, I was relieved. So. It's a love from the first bite. I have never eaten something so delicious! I think it's the first time I do something and suddenly want to buy a course for it! If firstly I was a little bit sceptical, now I am a fan. It's wonderful experience. And now I want all my friends to try it. It is really worth it In addition, I live with people who don't like new flavors. They don't like Chinese, Indian, Mexican etc only because "We have never tried it, so we won't like it". They didn't want to try a cake also 😅. But I made it and... they loved it. They said that it is delicious.

Sfoodies course was a life saver for us! My son has multiple food sensitivities and allergies, so it use to be a big challenge tofind tasty and delicious sweets that are GFCF. My incredible journey with raw desserts started from the SFoodies course. I could never imagine such a variety of them and what is even more unbelievable is an endless diversity of ingredients you can use!Viktoria presents material in a friendly and professional manner. Her explanations are full of details and lifehackes (I would say even lifesavers!) but not overcomplicated - simple and understandable. So from the very beginning I had a clear picture in my mind of what equipment and ingredients I need, process of nuts' preparation, techniques etc.She gives flavor options in each recipe too. So instead of one you always receive at least three. It was also important for me as a mom of two little babies that I'll have a lifelong access to the course and can finish it at any time convenient for me (which is in my case will be most probably when I retire).Every time I see now on Instagram the dessert done by S-foodies that was described in the course, I always feel somehow connected because I can imagine at least a little bit how tasty it is.

What a wonderful experience I've had and I am grateful to Viktoria for that! :) I've always been interested in nutrition and healthy lifestyle and I knew it is only the beginning of big changes in my life. Recently I've started to eat mostly plant-based and it is plenty of good recipes and advices how to make food tasty with lots of nutrients for vegans. But without desserts at all my life was not so colourful as it has been before with different buns, cakes and sweets. I've been following Viktoria for approx a year and she is my inspiration in the way of living, zero waste, cooking healthy desserts and just being so passionate in what she is doing. Her course is such a treasure for everyone who loves to cook, but also care about what they are eating, what kind of quality and ingredients. Videos with recipes and all materials are made with so much love and you can feel how sincere she really wants you to learn, explore this new world and maybe change someone else's. I could always ask questions on Fb and on the website about ingredients, substitutes and share my thoughts and experience. Unfortunately I have not had time to cook all recipes even though I still want to and I am sure I will. But I've started to have a big workload :( Anyway it is just precious to know that you have these materials and can make yourself, your family, kids or friends happy any time just cooking one of Victoria's fantastic recipes. She is a big inspiration, truly dedicated to make the world a better place with healthy habits, tasteful desserts and personal approach. This truly makes me believe that everyone should do what they love and be passionate about work as much as Victoria is. I definitely recommend this course for everyone!

Before doing Sfoodie's course, I had no experience in raw desserts. I discover something new, filled with technique which I found beautiful. The material of the course was incredible. Well explained, well illustrated, we had videos, PDF documents with all recipes, advices, etc. Everything we needed to know was there, organized, clear and concise. I found sfoofie on Instagram… I was always impressed on raw cakes since I never understood how to make them, and one day, I found Sfoodie page! Of course I will recommend the course!
